- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle bourbon
- 3 cups of ice
- 1 cup of sparkling white wine
- Orange and kiwi slices, and pineapple chunks for garnish
- Peel orange and lemon and place them in a large punch bowl.
- Pour in sugar and muddle ingredients together to release the citrus oils into the sugar. (Muddling is a technique to combine ingredients by pressing them in the bottom of a bowl with a long pestle called a muddle.)
- Allow citrus-sugar mixture to stand for about 2 hours.
- Pour in fruit juices and bourbon, stirring well to combine.
- When you're ready to serve the punch, stir in 3 cups of ice, top with sparkling wine and garnish with fresh fruit.
